The NECC Registration Fees:

Early Bird Registration is now closed.

Registration:  August 27, 2009 through October 23, 2009
$75 for non Physicians
$125 for Physicians

Payment Procedure:

When completeing your registration form you will be directed to a secure credit card processing site.  If you choose not to pay for your registration with a credit card you can send a check made payable to the American Heart Association* to the following address.

Cancellation Policy:

 If you cannot attend, please contact the NECC at necc@heart.org or 508-656-2082 by October 16, 2009 to cancel your registration.  Refund of registration fee, less a $20 administration fee, will be given if written notice is received by October 16, 2009.  Refunds will NOT be issued after October 16, 2009.


Dietary Requirements and Americans with Disabilities Act:

If you have any special dietary requirements, or if you require auxiliary aids or services as identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act, please note your needs on your registration form. We encourage participation by all individuals. If you have a disability, advance notification of any special needs will help us serve you better.


Disclosure Policy:
