The NECC Registration Fees:
Early Bird Registration is now closed.
Registration: August 27, 2009 through October 23, 2009 $75 for non Physicians $125 for Physicians

| Payment Procedure:
When completeing your registration form you will be directed to a secure credit card processing site. If you choose not to pay for your registration with a credit card you can send a check made payable to the American Heart Association* to the following address.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cannot attend, please contact the NECC at necc@heart.org or 508-656-2082 by October 16, 2009 to cancel your registration. Refund of registration fee, less a $20 administration fee, will be given if written notice is received by October 16, 2009. Refunds will NOT be issued after October 16, 2009.
