The NECC planning committee would like to thank you for your interest in the Poster Presentation Session that will take place during NECC's 4th Annual Summit. At this time the Call for Abstracts has closed and the committee is reviewing the abstracts recieved. We look forward to hightlighting approved abstracts at the summit.
The focus of this year's summit is Implementing the Stroke Systems of Care Model in the Northeast: Translating Ideas into Action. The Poster Presentation Session will showcase projects, activities or current research within the seven priority areas of the recommended stroke systems of care model that include:
- Primordial & Primary Prevention
- Community Education
- Notification & Response
- Acute Treatment for Stroke
- Subacute and Secondary Prevention for Stroke
- Rehabilitation
- Continuous Quality Improvement Initiatives
